This resource is a walkthrough for self care, particularly for those with executive dysfunction or those who have trouble reading internal signals, but its useful for all.
What happens is that it asks you some questions (”have you eaten recently?” “are you in pain?) and depending on your replies, it advises what you should do next.
It could be used as a daily routine, or you can simply use it whenever you’re feeling terrible but can’t work out why.
